We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help.

1. Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at horizon.deals@mail.com
 with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and address.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. We’ll guide you through the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective, contact us immediately with pictures, and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items (like personal care products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
